Cookie Policy
Effective July 13, 2026
This Policy explains the current use of cookies, local storage, and similar technologies.
1. What these technologies are
Cookies are small text files stored by a browser. Local storage and similar browser technologies can remember information on a device. This Policy covers those technologies when used by the Simple Agents hosted website and web application.
2. What we currently use
Core providers such as Supabase may set authentication cookies, and Cloudflare Turnstile may use browser signals or cookies when an anti-bot challenge is presented. These technologies are used only where the relevant feature is active.
- Strictly necessary authentication and session technologies that keep you signed in and protect account access.
- Security and abuse-prevention technologies used to detect automated traffic, protect forms, and maintain service integrity.
- Preference storage for settings such as language, interface state, and other choices needed to provide the experience you request.
- Operational storage used to preserve temporary application state and support reliable navigation.
- Optional LogRocket session storage, activated only after you accept analytics, to keep a diagnostic session consistent across pages and tabs.
3. Analytics and advertising
If you accept optional analytics, we use LogRocket to understand navigation, diagnose application errors, and improve reliability. The integration sanitizes all visible text, images, and form inputs; removes network bodies and headers; and strips query strings and fragments from recorded URLs before data is sent. Declining does not affect core features.
We do not use advertising cookies or cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising, and LogRocket is not loaded before you consent.
4. How long they last
Some technologies expire when you close the browser; others persist so a session or preference can be recognized later. Duration depends on purpose, provider settings, security needs, and your browser controls. We aim to keep storage no longer than reasonably necessary for its stated purpose.
5. Your controls
You can inspect, block, or delete cookies and site data through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary technologies may prevent sign-in, saved preferences, security checks, or other core functions. Browser instructions vary by provider.
Your analytics choice is saved in local storage. You can withdraw or reset that choice by clearing site data for Simple Agents; optional analytics will remain off until you accept again.
Because we do not currently sell personal information or use cross-context behavioral advertising, Global Privacy Control and similar opt-out signals do not change advertising behavior on the Services. We will honor legally required signals if relevant practices change.
6. Third-party services
A third-party service reached through Simple Agents may use its own cookies under its own policy. We do not control cookies set on third-party websites. Review the provider’s policy before using an external service.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. The revised version will show a new effective date.
Questions about cookies or browser storage may be sent to hello@simpleagents.co.
